Description
Celebrate Colt’s legendary legacy with this limited edition 175th Anniversary Colt Single Action Army, a Lew Horton-distributed exclusive manufactured in 2011. One of only 175 units produced in this configuration, this third-generation SAA features a stunning 5 1/2" barrel, rich royal blue finish, and gold accents that elevate its visual impact while honoring Colt's heritage.
Factory letter confirms the revolver shipped on August 22, 2011, to Lew Horton Distributing Co., a name long associated with limited-run Colt and Smith & Wesson exclusives. It comes complete with the original Colt blue hard case and outer shipping box (with non-factory secondary label), making it an ideal collector’s package.
Retaining 99% of its original finishes with minimal handling marks, this revolver is in excellent condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. The checkered plastic grips are crisp, and the trigger guard displays a slight plum hue—a common and attractive characteristic of Colt’s bluing process.
